On Friday, we will be having a fun winter celebration day with our colour house teams. This event will happen during the middle block of the school day. Student are welcome to wear their Colour House Colours.
At 11:20 a.m., following Nutritional Break, students will meet in their groups outside. Students will remain outside until 1:00 p.m., when they will come back inside for afternoon snack. While outside, students will have their regular recess breaks, as well as fun games and activities with their colour house teams, during the instructional time.
Parents are asked to send their children to school on Friday, prepared for a fun day outside.
FRIDAY CHECKLIST:
- snow pants or splash pants/windbreaker pants
- winter boots
- hat, mittens/gloves, scarf
- water bottle
- lots of snacks for regular snack breaks
