Updates: SCA Meat Fundraiser & Food Orders
Good Afternoon Everyone!
I have some updates to share regarding events that were on our School Calendar for the end of March and into the start of April. Thank you for your patience!
1) SCA Meat Fundraiser (Harriston Packers, Elmira Poultry, MacMillans): At this time, due to ongoing school closures and concerns about COVID-19, we have had to make the decision to cancel this fundraiser. Our apologies for any inconvenience this might cause. We are making arrangements and will be in contact with families about providing reimbursements through School Cash Online or other means.
2) Hot Lunch & Pizza Orders: We are currently keeping track of the Hot Lunch and Pizza Days that have been missed due to school closures. We are exploring different ways for how to “pay back” these days (i.e., having them on an alternate day later in the term). If reimbursement of days is required, we will be in contact with families to provide these reimbursements.
3) Milk Cards: As our Milk Cards do not have expiry dates, they will continue to be valid.
4) Spring & Sibling Photos: The photo date scheduled for April 7th has been postponed.
5) Term Three Pita Orders: We will continue to monitor this, and information will be shared when it is available.
