Night School
Registration for Fall Night School 2026 is now open!
Only students living in the UGDSB boundaries are eligible to take Night School classes.
* All courses are dependent on enrollment, funding and system needs. Courses may not be offered or may not be able to run. This page will be updated by the end of day Thursday October 1st indicating which classes will be running or not running, and students registered will be notified via email.
Night School is a good option for students who need to upgrade courses or who would like to take courses that are not available in their home school. Credit courses are offered for students in grades 11 or 12, including adult learners working towards their high school diploma. Students may only take one Night School credit at a time.
Our Night School classes will be offered through a synchronous online model, in which students will engage in direct instruction for 7 hours per week. Students will be expected to be online from 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM, on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Fall 2026 Night School begins on October 13th and runs for 14 weeks. During this time students will be expected to engage in a mixture of full class, small group and individual work as the teacher assigns. Every student is required to write an in person exam on either January 26th, 27th, or 28th at a location nearest to their home school. There are no classes during the holiday break.
S.T.R.O.N.G. for Girls, S.T.R.O.N.G. for Guys and PAI2O (co-ed) courses are held in-person at Tri-City Training in Guelph.

If you are a current UGDSB secondary student, you will need to complete your registration through your myBlueprint account.
Other School Board Students and Individuals Not Attending a Secondary School
If you are not currently attending a secondary school and live in the UGDSB boundaries OR are a current secondary school student who is attending one of the following:
A high school in Wellington Catholic District School Board
Robert F. Hall Catholic Secondary School
UGDSB Continuing Education program
