Dear Families,
Progress reports (Grades 1-8) and Initial Communications of Learning (Full Day Kindergarten) will be posted to the Parent Portal on November 11th. Parents will be able to access this online portal from November 12th at 7:30am until November 19th at 12:00pm.
How to access your student’s report:
In order to access Kindergarten Initial Communications of Learning for Full Day Kindergarten and Progress Reports for Grades 1-8, families will need a Parent Portal account. You may access the Parent Portal by clicking on the UGDSB Parent/Guardian Portal link.
If you previously accessed our Electronic Report Card system in the past, no action is required for you to access the site. If you do not remember your password, instructions on how to reset your password can be found here.

How to Book a Parent/Teacher Interview:
K to 8 interviews are booked ONLINE unless your child’s teacher has communicated something differently. Please follow the directions below to book an interview online with your child’s teachers. Interviews are a wonderful opportunity for parents, teachers and students to work collaboratively to discuss, plan and set effective next steps for individual student achievement goals. Students are invited to attend the interviews.
Instructions for ONLINE booking:
1: Visit: https://www.ugdsb.ca/pti
2: Input student’s OEN# (found at the top of the student’s report card)
3: Input student’s date of birth
4: From “Teacher List” select which teacher(s) you would like an interview with.
5: Select “Show Appointment Schedule”.
6: Select time(s) and choose “Book Appointment”.
What is an OEN?
You will need your child's OEN to log into the system. Your student’s OEN can be found at the top right corner of any previous report card as an OEN stays with each student for the duration of their schooling in Ontario.
