Wellington Heights Secondary School

Wellington Heights held its annual Commencement ceremony on Friday, June 20^th to celebrate the graduating Class Of 2025.  Over 600 people filled the school gymnasium to recognize the accomplishments of this year's graduates.  Several special guests from local businesses and organizations were on hand to present special awards to students, and the school greatly appreciates the ongoing support shown by the community through their annual awards, bursaries, and scholarships for the students of Wellington Heights.  This year's Class Valedictorian, as nominated by the graduating class, was Rebekah McDougall, who summed up the Class of 2025's experiences during the past four years at the school.  Students and their families also enjoyed a reception in the cafetorium, following the ceremony, with refreshments, fellowship, and a photo booth to capture the memorable occasion for students.
