Wellington Heights Secondary School

Wellington-Dufferin-Guelph Public Health will be hosting an immunization clinic at Wellington Heights on Tuesday, January 13th in the Learning Commons.  Students who had booked appointments for the December clinic that were cancelled due to inclement weather will have those same appointment times moved to January 13th.   Any students still wanting to book an appointment for our school clinic can click on this link:  www.wdgpublichealth.ca/appointments or they can call 1-800-265.7293 ext. 7006.  Students can also meet requirements by getting immunized through their doctors, or at another Public Health clinic.  Students wanting an exemption for immunization will need to complete several steps that are outlined on the Public Health website at this link:  https://wdgpublichealth.ca/your-kids/vaccination.  Students who do not fulfill requirements for immunization will be suspended from school in February at the direction of Public Health until requirements are met.
