Homeroom Packages were sent home with all students last week. Please have them completed (signed off on ALL parent/guardian spots) and returned by September 18 at the latest.

The packages include:

Walking Permission Forms - Blue

Verification Forms - Orange (Sign the back page)

If there is incorrect information on the Verification Form (orange) please cross out the outdated information, correct it and sign off on the back. This is very important for our records.
