Hello Arbour Vista Families,
Mother Nature reminded us this past week about Canadian Winters and how quickly the weather can change. Please ensure that students are dressed appropriately for the weather so that they can enjoy their time outdoors.
Human Sex Trafficking webinar:
We are pleased to offer our parents and caregivers another webinar on Human Sex Trafficking. The webinar will include a presentation and a panel discussion. You can find the registration link HERE or on our school website.
Board Scent Policy
Please be aware that some people in our schools and/or board-owned sites are extremely sensitive to scented products such as perfumes, colognes, aftershaves, body sprays, air fresheners, essential oils, pot-pourri, etc. The presence of these products can adversely affect a person’s health, including life threatening reactions. Please remind your children not to wear or use these products at any time in schools and/or board-owned sites.
Drop off in the morning
Thank you for using the kiss and ride to drop off your children. When students exit the cars, please encourage them to step up over the little snow mound before getting on their backpacks or adjusting their winter gear. If students are late, families should park in the parking lot or use the kiss and ride. Cars should not be stopping in the bus lane.
