Beginning this fall, all elementary schools in UGDSB will be outfitted with video surveillance cameras, both inside and outside the building. This is to ensure student/staff safety, and to help reduce vandalism at our schools.

The Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) Final Report (Draft) will be presented at the Business Operations Committee meeting on June 12, 2018. The meeting starts at 7 pm in the boardroom at the Guelph Board Office, 500 Victoria Road N, Guelph.
The final report has considered the feedback received during the second phase of public engagement conducted throughout
The Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP) Final Report (Draft) is going to be presented at 5 regional public meetings throughout the month of May.
The draft report includes a list of proposed short (1-5 yrs.) and long (6-10 yrs.) accommodation priorities. The report does not include any recommended changes to school programs or boundaries.

This is an anonymous survey that is completed every two years.
It allows the school and Board the opportunity to assess the perceptions of safety from students, staff, and parents.
The data will be used to make informed planning decisions and to determine the effectiveness of programs.
The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete
On January 30, 2018, trustees approved a Public Engagement Plan as a part of the Board’s process to develop a Long Term Accommodation Plan (LTAP).
The LTAP is a strategic review of the Board’s facilities, population projections, and enrolment forecasts. At the end of the process, the LTAP will identify accommodation priorities for the Board.

GUELPH, Ontario – The City of Guelph has informed the board that new reduced speed zones are coming to several streets around Guelph schools.
Last month, Guelph City Council approved the addition of new reduced speed school zones.
Several UGDSB elementary schools are affected by the decision, including our school. New 30 km/h speeds zones will be introduced at:
