From the Principal’s Desk – February 19, 2024
Hello Arbour Vista Families,
Thank you to all of you who made it out to our Primary Family Math Night. We had such a great turn out and it was lovely to see so many smiling faces. We hope you were able to pick up a few fun ideas about how you can incorporate math into everyday tasks with your children.
A big thank you to our School Council for planning and executing such a wonderful evening. If you would like to see more activities like our Primary math Night, consider joining our School Council. Our next virtual meeting is April 2nd. Many hands make light work.

PD DAY CHANGE
The UGDSB has made the decision to move the PA Day originally scheduled for Friday, April 19, 2024, to Monday, April 8, 2024.
The adjustment is due to the fact that the solar eclipse is set to occur during school dismissal, when students will not have full supervision and will be travelling home.
This decision is being made by the Upper Grand District School Board and Wellington Catholic District School Board, and is in line with similar changes announced by other school boards.
REPORT CARDS
Report Cards have been uploaded to the Parent Portal for parent viewing. We ask that families please complete the reflection page after reading their student’s Report Card and return it to their student’s teacher. Please direct any questions to your student’s teacher. The return page can be found in the linked HERE
