Chromebook Requests
Hello Brisbane Community,
With the current labour action, all elementary schools in Upper Grand will be shifting to remote learning for Wednesday, November 9th. This means that starting Wednesday, students will not be attending school in-person, but rather, will be learning from home remotely.
Please complete this Chromebook Request Form if you do not have access to technology for remote learning and do not currently have a UGDSB device at home.
Please fill out one questionnaire per chromebook requested.
You will be asked if you would like the Chromebook to be sent home with your student on Tuesday, Nov. 8. The other option is for you to pick up the Chromebook at the school starting at 2 PM on Tuesday, Nov. 8 and Wednesday, Nov. 9 from 9 AM – 3 PM.
