January 2022 newsletter

Posted January 3, 2022

Je vous souhaite une Bonne Année!! We hope 2022 is a wonderful year filled with good health, happiness and prosperity for everyone!

I hope you had a great break and stayed healthy amidst this ever changing pandemic. As announced by the Board and Ministry today, all schools will be closed to students until Jan 17th and students will pivot to remote learning starting Wednesday, Jan 5th. More information about a temporary remote learning program will be shared with parents if you are concerned about having your child return to school due to the omicron variant on Jan 17th.

Given the pivot to remote learning on google classrooms, we understand some families will require a device to support student learning from January 5-17. If you would like to borrow a device, please  email the school and a time will be scheduled for pick up after a technology agreement is confirmed.

Due to the current challenges with omicron that were not anticipated, we will be moving pizza days to a later time. Payment made will be put toward future pizza days.

Please see the attached January newsletter that contains important information including Kindergarten registration for new students beginning tomorrow. January 2022 Newsletter .pdf
