Anxiety Information
Dear Parents &Guardians,
On Wednesday, November 30th, the CMES School Council hosted the Anxiety Workshop for Parents; those who attended found it quite helpful. Do keep an eye out for similar workshops offered through the Dufferin Parent Support Network (DPSN) in the future.

Please see the attached handouts from the workshop; hopefully they can give you some insights. There are a couple of paper copies of the handouts in the lobby of the school as well. Alternatively, the Dufferin Children and Family Services (dcafs.on.ca) have a free “Talk In” clinic on Tuesdays from 1:00 – 7:00; and there are links to helpful articles on their website under the Support for Parents section.
