Olympic Play Afternoon & Amazing Things Are Happening AT CMES!
Just a reminder that CMES is hosting our rescheduled Olympic play afternoon tomorrow from 110-250pm. Students will want to dress for the weather and may want to bring extra mitts tomorrow as well. We are expecting 10 cms of snow tonight. Thank you to Mme. Z and Mrs. S. who have worked so hard to plan this event and thank you to our grade eight leaders who are running the events. A special thank you also goes to our School Council for serving hot chocolate during the event! Looking ahead, next Friday, March 9th is PJ day!
Many exciting things are happening at CMES! Mrs. Borman, Mrs. Cleary, and Mrs. MacPherson are harnessing the energy of our Ban the Bottle Club to make an environmental difference in our world. Children are working on posters, websites, letters, newspaper articles, and announcements to raise awareness about the effects of plastic in our environment.
