Medication Pick Up, Consent for Medication (next year), and Care Plans (next year)
Parents and Guardians,
Please note that all medication needs to be picked up from the school before the end of the school day on the 28th. More information is coming home tonight with children who have medication at school.
As well, consent forms for medication and care plans ( previously called life threatening plans) for next year are coming home with children tonight as well.
Please return forms as soon as possible in September. We are hopeful by sending them home now, that parents and guardians will have time over the summer to fill the forms out.
