Survey to request change between in-person and remote learning (Oct. 14-21)
To request a change between in-person and remote learning, elementary parents/guardians must complete the Intent to Change Survey between October 14-21. The deadline to complete the survey is Oct. 21 at 4pm.

The province has released a new online COVID-19 school screening tool for use by students, parent/guardian (on behalf a student), employees, and visitors of school setting https://covid-19.ontario.ca/school-screening/
