To Our Grade 8 Jean Little PS Graduates and Families,

This has certainly been an end to your time at Jean Little Public School that none of us could have ever anticipated. Although we are sad that your Grade 8 graduation will not take place as  usual, we will still be planning to celebrate all of you in a big way because you deserve it and we are so proud of you.  Below is some information and more will be forthcoming in the next couple of weeks:

  • The typical Grade 8 Graduation Ceremony will not take place this June.  Rather, we will be postponing this celebration to the fall. Details on date and time to be determined.
  • Diplomas and awards, as well as a graduation gift, will be distributed to graduates and award winners before the end of June.  We are currently working with the intermediate teachers to finalize this. More information to follow in regard to how these will be distributed.
  • Intermediate staff, in collaboration with students, will showcase a digital celebration of our Grade 8 graduating class.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call or email the school.

Sincerely,

Mr. Popofski and Mrs. Prins

Your Intermediate Teachers – Mrs. Murray, Mrs. Periard, Mr. Tucker, Mme Philips, Mrs. Luchesse, Mrs. Reay, and Mrs. McGhee
