Halloween – Thursday October 29th

Posted October 13, 2020

Halloween:
This year for Halloween we do have a few adjustments to ensure continued student safety.  On Thursday, October 29th,  we will have an Orange and/or Black spirit day, or students may choose to wear a costume.  If students decide to wear a costume they must adhere to the following:
  • Costumes are to be worn for the full duration of the day to support the continued need to social distance.  Most of our younger students often need a significant amount of help to change out of costumes.  With this in mind, if students do choose to wear a costume it should be comfortable and easy to wear.
  • Costume “accessories” are to stay home to minimize items being brought to school.  Students will still need to wear their COVID mask.
This year we will not be having a parade in the school.  Any activities that take place, will be within the classroom setting.  We ask that treats are not brought to school as students will not be able to share with their classmates.
We thank you for your support with this as we work together to provide a safe and fun day for our Jean Little students.
