Chromebook Access for Remote Learning
Dear Parents and Guardians,
On Monday Dec. 21, the provincial government announced that schools in Ontario will move temporarily to remote learning following the winter break. Following the announcement, the Ministry of Education confirmed to school boards that all elementary and secondary students will temporarily shift to remote learning starting on January 4th, 2021. UGDSB elementary schools will resume in-person learning on January 11th. We understand that some families will require a device to support student learning from January 4-8. If you currently do not have a device from the UGDSB and require a device (One per family to start), please complete the Google form below:
Chromebooks will be handed out on the flowing dates:
Thursday Dec 31 – 8am to 12pm
Sunday Jan 3 – 10am to 12pm
Don’t forget to call the school when you arrive on your chosen date.
