Jean Little October News
Dear Jean Little Families,
We wanted to share our gratitude and recognize all of the hard work our students, families, and staff have been doing to make for a positive return to in-person learning this fall. Everyone is doing their best to follow the rules and protocols to keep each other safe and foster a culture of belonging and respect.
With a focus on our mental health and wellness, students are building on their academic and social skills and mindset as individuals. Collectively this helps us meet our school goals of being kind, hard-working learners who make a positive difference for ourselves, our class, school, and the community at large.
September is always a busy time of year, we thank everyone for their patience and understanding regarding class reorganization. Now that we are into October classes are getting used to their routine and schedule, with extracurricular opportunities and special events on the horizon.
We would also like to announce that we are shifting away from a ‘traditional’ newsletter after this month. There are many places families can and do get information regarding what is happening in our school, so moving forward here are the places to find information.
