John F Ross Art Exhibition ‘Chrysalis’

John F. Ross CVI inaugurated a new era of art exhibition in mid-June, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly renovated gallery space (with special thanks to SHSM) overseen by students and board officials. Pictured here are (from left to right) Art Student Ali Raheemi, Director of Education Peter Sovran, Board Trustee Ralf Mesenbrink, JFR Principal Chad Warren and Art Student Abby Douglas. The opening exhibition entitled ‘Chrysalis’ was well attended and showcased semester artworks from the Gr. 11 Visual Art and Gr. 12 Drawing and Painting classes.
