Parent/Guardian Communication
This week, October 2-6th, is Parent/Guardian contact week. Teachers will be reaching out if your student is struggling in their class. They may connect with you for your help to problem solve:
attendance
work completion
learning skills and work habits
or any other important next steps to be successful
If you do not hear from your student’s teachers, they have no concerns at this time. Please note that you can reach out to your student’s teacher at any time.
Also, Parent/Guardian Interviews are on Oct. 18th from 2:15pm-4pm and then again from 6-8pm.
Sign up will open on Wed. Oct. 4th at 8am, and close on Tues. Oct. 17th at 3pm. You will need your student’s Ontario Student Number (OEN) to complete the bookings.
Please note that we have shortened class periods and early school dismissal at 1:55pm on Oct. 18th for all students but our Life Skills classes to accommodate the afternoon session of interviews. Buses will run as usual at 3:20pm.
