Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health Immunization Clinic
Thursday Dec. 7th and Friday Dec. 8th, John F Ross will be hosting an Immunization clinic offered by Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health (WDGPH).
Overdue notices regarding incomplete immunization records of students on file at WDGPH are being mailed out to families directly from Public Health during the month of November.
For more information on booking an appointment, or questions regarding immunizations, please contact WDGPH at wdgpublichealth.ca.
Students may also book an appointment with their health care provider or Public Health to update their immunizations. Please remember to report all immunizations to Public Health.
