Reminders to help in the School Office
A few reminders to help us in the school office:
-if your student will be absent or late, please let the office know by leaving a message on the Attendance Mailbox by 8:30am: (519) 824-0028, ext. 100 (this line operates 24 hours a day)
-if you need to pick-up your student during the day for an appointment, etc., you can leave a message at the same number above
-if you have a change in end of day arrangements for you student(s), please notify the office no later than 2:00pm. This ensures that we have enough time to get the message to your student, and we are also able to deliver bulk messages to classrooms (at 2:30pm) without disturbing the classroom multiple times at the end of the day
We understand that emergencies do occur and sometimes you need to contact us last minute. For all other circumstances please be mindful that the office is extremely busy at the end of the day and your assistance is much appreciated.
