UGDSB updates to come regarding provincial COVID-19 announcement
March 9, 2022
On March 9, 2022, Ontario announced changes to COVID-19 requirements effective March 21, including lifting mask mandates in schools.
Please note that the Upper Grand DSB continues to have a Board Resolution requiring masks in schools.
We will consult with the province and will provide additional information as soon as we can.

We’re recruiting for a crossing guard
Five Spare adult school crossing guard positions are vacant. Shifts are scheduled between 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. and 2:45 to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (except holidays and P.D. days). Spare guards are paid for a full hour per shift as well as mileage to an form their home. The hourly rate is $15.95. …

ALL UGDSB SCHOOLS/OFFICES CLOSED FRIDAY FEB. 18: Emergency remote learning/working day
Due to inclement weather, all UGDSB schools and offices are closed today to staff and students. Students are to shift to remote learning, where possible. Staff should not report to work in person, and should shift to remote working where possible. All buses and taxis are cancelled to Upper Grand schools.
