Grade 7 Spring Vaccination Clinic – April 14 at Ken Danby
Dear Grade 7 Parents and Guardians,
Please see the message below, which is information summarized from Public Health:
Public Health will be coming out to Ken Danby for our spring vaccination clinic on Friday, April 14, 2023.
We ask that kids eat breakfast that day (if possible) and that they wear a short sleeved shirt under their everyday clothes.
Also, know that if you have not as yet registered for vaccines that you can still register your chiild at the following link:
https://register.wdgpublichealth.ca/grade78vaccinationconsent
Those that previously registered their children in the fall do not need to complete the consent form again.
