Today at 2:45pm, the police lifted the hold and secure for our school. We would like to thank our police partners for their commitment to our school and community safety.
Students were dismissed at the regular time.

Dear parents/guardians,
I wanted to make you aware of a situation in our school community.
Thursday afternoon, we put our school into a hold and secure state out of an abundance of caution, due to a police matter happening in the community. This matter was not connected to our school but was in our neighbourhood.
‘Hold and secure’ in this case means it was business as usual inside the school, but students were kept indoors.
The safety of our children is of prime concern to us and we thank the police for their commitment to keeping our community safe.
We will provide another update once the community situation has been resolved and the police lift the hold and secure.
