We are almost done Mental Health and Education Week! Today we are exploring strengthening connections. Being kind and inclusive helps everyone feel like they matter and belong at school. #MHUG

Today we are exploring confidence. Feeling supported helps us take risks, make mistakes, and grow as learners. #MHUG

Today we are focusing on calming our minds. When we calm our minds, we’re better able to focus, solve problems, and learn new things. #MHUG

This week is Mental Health and Education week. Throughout the week we will be exploring the theme, “Feel Well, Think Well, Learn Well...Together.”
Today we are looking at self-care. Taking care of our mental and physical health helps us feel strong and ready to start the week. #MHUG
Thank you so much Keira P for designing the Logo for the 2026 Mental Health and Education Week. Keira’s logo was picked by the Mental Health and Education committee from all the submissions we received.
Thank you to all other students who participated in the logo contest and submitted a logo.
