1) LAST CALL! Pizza orders for February to the end of June are now open on School Cash Online. All orders are due today by 12pm.
2) Free fluoride varnish will be offered to all KHPS students on Feb. 27th. Parents need to register their child(ren) if they would like to receive the fluoride varnish https://survey.wdgpublichealth.ca/surveys/?s=48TARLMKPYFP88XF A second application will be offered on May 20th.
3) WDGPH has sent out vaccination letters to families for students who are missing up-to-date vaccines. Please pay attention to the information on upcoming catch-up clinics or contact your family doctor.

5) Reminder: Registration for new Junior Kindergarten (JK) students for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Children who were born in 2021 may attend JK. Register your child online at: UGDSB Registration Online Form
5+) Last minute request for wool donations! Our KHPS Changemakers need thicker wool (number 5 or 6) to continue making hats and scarves for the "Chase the Chill" challenge.
All UGDSB families are advised to be prepared for cold weather tomorrow morning. Please dress accordingly and take precautions with the cold temperatures. Bus families are reminded to check the Transportation website in the morning for possible impacts to school transportation: https://stwdsts.ca/.

Parents/guardians are invited to attend a free webinar on EQAO math assessments. EQAO staff will discuss math questions that Ontario students encounter when they participate in Ontario’s large-scale assessments.
