Successful completion of the OSSLT is a graduation requirement. Each year the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) conducts the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT). This provincial test measures the performance of Grade 10 students on the reading and writing expectations in all subjects up to and including Grade 9.
Norwell District Secondary School will administer the OSSLT in your students' English classroom in the morning. There are 2 sessions over 2 days:
ENG2Dc - Vaine Nov. 17th and 19th
ENG2Pb - Vaine Nov. 18th and 20th
ENG2Pc - Bernier Nov. 18th and 20th
ENG2La - Bravo-Eby Nov. 21st, 24th and 25th
Previously Eligible - Nov. 21st, 24th and 25th
ENG2Dd - B. Smith Nov. 25th and Nov. 27th
