With today's inclement weather in Zone 3, the exam schedule has been revised. Given the number of inclement weather days that have impacted final evaluations, the following adjustments have been made to the exam schedule:
Exam Day 3 and Exam Day 4 to be scheduled on Friday
Exam Day 3 Friday morning 9:15am
Exam Day 4 Friday afternoon 12:15pm
Grade 9 - With the exception of grade 9 Math EQAO, all remaining Grade 9 subject examinations for Semester 1 will be cancelled, and final marks will be based on term work and culminating activities.
Grade 9 students in MTH1W classes will write EQAO.

Grades 10–12- To accommodate the need to schedule two examinations within a single day, teachers of Grades 10–12 are adjusting all of their examinations to a maximum length of 1.5 hours.
Students in Grade 9 who still owe work to their teachers in order to move to a passing mark are welcome to come to the school on any exam day. Teachers of students in this situation will be contacting home to make a plan.
All students will complete an assessment each day (minimum of one hour) on the Final Evaluation Days. The assessments may include a written exam, an activity, an interview/conference or presentation.

Friday January 23 – Inclement Weather Day
Monday January 26 – Inclement Weather Day
Tuesday January 27 – Inclement Weather Day
Wednesday January 28 – Day 1 – Period 1 (starts @ 9:30am)
Thursday January 29 – Day 2 – Period 2 (starts @ 9:30am)
Friday January 30– Day 3 – Period 3 (starts @ 9:15am)
Day 4 – Period 4 (starts @ 12:15pm)
Monday February 2 – PD Day (no classes)
Tuesday February 3 - PD Day (no classes)
Wednesday February 4- Semester 2 Classes Begin
Transportation will operate as per usual. The cafeteria servery will be open for breakfast.
