Accessing Report Cards & Interviews
On November 15, 2022 families will have access to progress reports online here .
If you have not already registered for the parent portal, instruction for this can be found here. You will need to register for the protal before you can acess the progress report. Parents will need their child’s OEN number, which can be found on any report card, or you can get it from your child’s teacher. If you require a hard copy of your child’s progress report card please let your child’s teacher know. Should we have any issues using the the online system to send out reports, we will send home hard copies instead.
Parent-Teacher interviews are booked ONLINE and will be held in person this year! The booking window will be available from November 16th at 9:00am – November 21st at 3:15pm.
Please follow the directions below to book an interview online with your child’s teachers. Please reach out to your child’s teacher if you have difficulty booking online or are unavailable during the times listed. Interviews are a wonderful opportunity for parents, teachers and students to work collaboratively to discuss, plan and set effective next steps for individual student achievement goals. Students are also welcome to attend.
Instructions for ONLINE booking:
1: Visit: https://www.ugdsb.ca/pti
2: Input student’s OEN# (found at the top of the student’s report card)
3: Input student’s date of birth
4: From “Teacher List” select which teacher(s) you would like an interview with.
5. Select “Show Appointment Schedule”. 6. Select time(s) and choose “Book Appointment”.
