1) No Milk this Monday & Lunch Order Reminder
Due to a delivery delay, we will not have milk at school on Monday. Wednesday will be a ‘double milk day’ to make up for the missed day. Thank you for understanding. New this year! Subs for Tuesday lunches and pizza for Thursday lunches are available to order on a week-by-week basis through Lunchbox, accessed through SchoolCash Online. Deadline is Sunday at noon for the week ahead. If you prefer to order for the entire year at once, you can do that, too!
2) School Council Meeting & Elections
The first School Council Meeting of the year is Tuesday, September 26th at 6:30 pm in the school library. Hope to see you there!

3) National Week of Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day
Next week our students will be learning about the history of residential schools in an age-appropriate way. We also encourage everyone to wear orange on Friday to honour residential school survivors for Orange Shirt Day. For many adults, this is history we didn’t learn when we were in school. Here are some recommended resources for you to learn more about how to discuss this challenging and important topic with your children:
