1) Volunteers Wanted!
The 46th Annual Panther Feast is Thursday, December 7th, organized by the School Council. We need volunteers for the following: 1 or 2 volunteers to pick up food; 10 volunteers to assist in preparations; and 3 volunteers to help with cleaning up after the meal. Please email [email protected] if you are able to volunteer your time.

School photos can be ordered online at online.edgeimaging.ca using the portrait code from the proofs that went home this week. 3) Free Parent Event and Dinner
Presented by the Upper Grand District School Board Parent Involvement Committee:
“Inspiring Engagement with School Councils” – UGDSB parents/guardians are invited to a great FREE event at Centre Wellington District High School in Fergus. Whether you’re currently part of a school council or looking to become more involved in your child’s school, this opportunity is open to all parents/guardians to discuss, learn and share with each other. Dinner will be provided.
Topics will include:
- Leading an effective School Council
- Fundraising
- Communication

- Friday, October 20th – Family Movie Night, doors open at 6 pm
- Wednesday, October 25th – Junior Soccer Tournament at Alma
- Wednesday, October 25th, evening – Parent Involvement Event
- Friday, October 27th – PA Day – No school for students
- Monday, October 30th – Fundscript and Poinsettia fundraiser opens
