Wyndham House Fundraiser

Help promote student altruism at Rickson Ridge! 

This month our school council is running Helping Hands for Wyndham House. 

Starting on Thursday, February 15th, please send your child with any new, unopened items listed below. Items will be collected until the end of February and then donated directly to Wyndham House. As an alternative, financial donations can be made through your child’s School Cash Online account. All contributions will be accepted until Friday, March 1st. 

 

Wyndham House is a local organization that supports youth (16-25 years old)  who are at-risk or are currently unhoused. Wyndham House provides shelter and residential programs, while focusing on education, physical and mental health, as well as support systems.

 

Top 10 Needs List:

  1. Shower supplies
  2. Deodorant/antiperspirant
  3. Combs/brushes/hair ties
  4. Tampons/sanitary pads
  5. Toothbrushes/toothpaste
  6. Underwear/socks (all adult sizes, all types)
  7. Makeup/nail polish
  8. Gloves/hats
  9. Reusable water bottles
  10. Individually packaged non-perishable snacks

BONUS NEED: Backpacks/fanny packs
