Rockwood Centennial Public School

 Local parking enforcement have restricted parking near Rockwood Centennial. Attached is a map of the streets and parking restrictions in the area near the school. Schedule B Rockwood Centennial PS Parking Restrictions 1 Copy

Please note that the blue dotted lines for the Kiss and Ride area are signed as No Parking 8 AM – 9 AM and 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Parents are permitted to only momentarily stop there if their child is waiting for them, pick them and leave. Vehicles are not permitted to idle and park waiting for their designated party at this location.

We encourage all parents to park in the area with the green dotted lines Mary St and Guelph St.  Parking enforcement will be on-site issuing warnings during the first week, and Parking Penalty Notices for any vehicle that is observed parked in this area and not actively engaged in loading or unloading passengers.  Thank you very much for all your help.

Gr 8 Parent information sessions:

John F Ross will be visiting with Grade 8 students this Thursday, Jan 12th from 1:45-2:45 at the school to discuss course selection and information about Ross.

The grade 8 John F Ross parent night is this week — Tuesday, January 10^th from 6 to 8 pm. The schedule is below. Due to gym repair, we have moved the club fair to the cafeteria and the French Immersion presentation to the library.

6:00 to 7:00 – Department Drop-Ins and Club Fair
6:00 to 6:20 – French Immersion Presentation in the Library

7:00 to 8:00 – Grade 9 Programming Presentation in EL Fox
