Principal’s Message

Posted May 27, 2022

Message From PrincipalJune is a very busy month here at Victory with teachers wrapping up units of study and putting transition plans into place.  Our Grade 4 French Immersion students will have an opportunity to visit King George on June 22nd  and will be decorating our school fence with unique individually hand-painted fish. It will be nice to still have a little piece of them left behind when they leave for King George. I’d like to thank the group of Grade 4 FI parents who stepped up to make this project happen!  Our Grade 4 FI students, parents and teachers will gather on June 29th from 9:30-10:30 in the school yard (rock garden) to bid farewell to our students that are off to new schools.

Our Grade 6 students will be heading off for a visit at Willow Road.  They have an opportunity to meet with the Principal of Willow Road P.S. Our grade 6’s will also be walking over to Willow as a class to visiting the school on June 26th. The Grade 6 Transition celebration will take place at Exhibition Park on June 28th at 2:00 pm.

We have several fun events to look forward to this month like: Pride Day Sidewalk Chalk Art, City Track and Field on June 16th, and year end classroom celebrations.
