Parent Teacher Interviews
Parent Teacher interviews are scheduled on November 28th after school from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and November 29th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. In some cases, teachers have started interviews already, so it is not necessary to book another. As well, teachers may be scheduling other interview times on different days. If that is the case, the teacher will contact you directly.
All teachers are available for an interview and parents are encouraged to set interviews with any teacher who teaches their student.
Booking an interview is very simple.
1) Link to access Parent Teacher interviews: https://webapp.ugdsb.on.ca/pti/Account/Login
2) To log in, you will need to enter your child’s OEN #. This number is found at the top of the Progress Report Card. You will also need to enter your student’s birth date.
3) You will then find your child’s teacher and dates. Choose a time and follow the prompts.
You will be able to book interviews online from November 21 at 9:00 am to November 27th at 4:00 pm. If you are unable to book an interview online, please contact your child’s teacher directly to set up a time to meet.
