As the school year approaches, we would like to provide some startup information:
The first day of school is Tuesday, September 5th and the school day begins at 9:10am. BRING A LOCK FOR YOUR LOCKER 🙂
Timetables:
Students can check their timetables by going to our website and clicking on the “Online Attendance” (pink) tab on the right side.
The login information is the first three letters of the student’s first name followed by the student’s entire last name (for example, for Mikayla Smith, the login would be miksmith). The password is the student’s OEN number (9 numbers) which can be found on the students’ previous report cards.
Parents can also use this link to check daily attendance and read report cards during midterm and final reporting periods.
Busing Information:
Parent/guardians can check their students’ busing information on the transportation website https://stwdsts.ca/. There is a parent portal where parents/guardians can register to receive updates regarding bus delays and cancellations.
PD Day:
Monday, September 18th is a PD Day. Students do not attend school that day as teachers will be participating in professional learning. The learning plan for teachers will be posted on our website.
Grade 9 Parent/Guardian Night:
Grade 9 parents/guardians are invited to attend an open house at 6pm on Thursday, September 21st – parents/guardians will travel to their students’ four classes and meet semester one teachers.
