Read-a-thon Preparation
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have some exciting news to share. Our Library/Makerspace has received a grant for a major renovation over the summer of 2018. In preparation for this renovation, we plan to run a Read-a-thon to fundraise for the furniture and materials needed to complete the new space in the fall. We are looking for any prize donations that can be used for the raffle table and individual prizes. If you have a connection to a local business that would be willing to donate a prize, we would gladly accept it. All contributions will benefit our Library/Makerspace!
Suggested Prize ideas:
- Gift cards
- A free lesson from local business (art, music,
- etc)
- Technology items (tablets, etc)
- Books
- Games
If you are able to make a donation or know someone who would, please do not hesitate send it in or to contact me. All community contributions will be listed in our information packages being sent home. Stay tuned for more details and THANK YOU so much for your support.
