Grade 7 & 8 – Permission Forms
Grade 7 and 8 students were given these forms this week. All forms must be returned by Monday, March 19th. Since that is our first day back after the break, we’ve attached the form here for those students who forgot their forms at school. Regular attendance is expected for this trip.
