Please be advised that inclement weather is forecast for our region on Tuesday, including accumulation of snow, ice, freezing rain, ice pellets, and strong winds reducing visibility. It is expected that this system will last all day, making the sidewalks and roads dangerous to travel.

The decision to shut down the system will be made Tuesday morning before 6 a.m., however, we want everyone to be on alert – if the forecast remains as it is currently, there is a high probability that the system will be shut down on Tuesday.

In the event of a system shutdown, a message will be posted on www.ugdsb.ca and shared on the UGDSB Twitter account and Facebook page.
