Live Free Day
We are giving back to Food and Friends on Thursday March 12! Students will be asked to live free of something important to them for the day. Students are encouraged to bring a toonie to school to help support our Salad Day and Snack Program. This will also allow them to wear a hat to school!
We have an amazing Salad and Snack Program here at Elora. Each week our parent volunteers, Mrs.Woods, Mrs.Long, and Mrs.Blair shop for fresh veggies, and prepare our grade 8 leaders to set up a terrific healthy Salad Day which takes place twice each week. We also have an abundance of snacks readily available for all students when needed. This all takes place because of generous donations from Food and Friends. Thursday March 12th we will be giving back to them and saying Thank You!
