Progress Reports, Initial Communication of Learning & Parent/Teacher Interviews

Bonjour Harris Mill Families,

Progress reports (Grades 1-6) and Initial Communications of Learning (Full Day Kindergarten) will be posted to the Parent Portal at the end of the school day on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023.

How to access your student’s report

In order to access Kindergarten Initial Communications of Learning for Full Day Kindergarten and Progress Reports for Grades 1-6, families will need a Parent Portal account.  You may access the Parent Portal by clicking on the UGDSB Parent/Guardian Portal button from the right menu on our school website or by navigating directly to the Portal website  

If you previously accessed our Electronic Report Card system, no action is required for you to access the site. If you do not remember your password, instructions on how to reset your password can be found here.

Instructions on how to access reports at, or after, the end of the school day on November 15th can be accessed here.

How to Book a Parent/Teacher Interview

This year’s parent/teacher Interviews take place in person during the evening of Thursday, November 23rd and during the professional activity day on Friday, November 24th. The Interview booking portal will be open from 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15th until Wednesday, November 22nd. Please contact your student’s teacher directly should you wish to set up a virtual interview or a meeting at a different time.  Please click here to access the Parent/Teacher interview booking portal.

What is an OEN?

You will need your child’s OEN to log into the Parent/Teacher Interview system. Your student’s OEN can be found at the top right corner of any previous Report Card, Progress Report or Communication of Learning as an OEN stays with each student for the duration of their schooling in Ontario.
