Honouring Remembrance Day at HHES
Students participated in a virtual ceremony of Remembrance on November 11th. Presentations were given by Mrs. Voigt’s, Mrs. Gauld’s, Mrs. Niedzwiecki and Mrs. Franjic’s classes. Upper Grand collaborates with organizations to provide tutoring supports
The Upper Grand District School Board in association with The Grove, TVOLearn, Streams Community Hub, Tutor Bright, and Reading Rocks is providing students at both the elementary and secondary levels with additional tutoring support and resources. Pumpkin Paint
Classrooms were all given a pumpkin to paint. The direction was to paint a pumpkin as a character. Could be a movie, video game or book character. The results were amazing! Thank you to Student Council and Mrs. Hood for organizing this fun event.
