Principal's Message

Good afternoon Paisley families,

Thank you for your continued support.  We appreciate families following requests for drop off and pick up prior to the start of the school day and at dismissal time.  Avoiding coming in the drive through (fire and bus loading zones) helps to keep students safe and allow for efficient entry and exit for our buses and school vehicles.  We have updated information on our school website and encourage you to explore the new information.

Welcome

We extend a warm welcome to Mr. Gillette, who will be joining Paisley! Mr. Gillette will commence his role as a Special Education Resource Teacher. Let’s give Andrew a heartfelt Panther welcome!

Response for Lunchroom Supervision

We would like to thank those who shared their interest in the Lunchroom Supervision job.  We have shared your interest with the board who will manage the hiring process for this position.  An additional complement of a Lunchroom Supervisor with help to support the supervision of our students inside and outside the classroom.

National Sweater Day

Paisley Panthers will be participating in National Sweater Day on Thursday, February 1, 2024. Since 2010, over a million Canadians have participated in National Sweater Day at their schools, workplaces and homes. It is a day to help raise awareness about climate change and modify behaviours around energy consumption.  We will be turning down our thermostat by 2 degrees on February 1 for the day.

Have a great week,

Ms. Anderson
