| School Report | Great moments in teaching
– Teachers have adapted and stepped up to manage all the challenges of Covid and switching to online learning again – Great work being done around indigenous land acknowledgement and a greater focus on racial equity and inclusion issues – Mrs Cornish’ MID students acknowledged on the website and twitter for their work on equity, inclusion and kindness
Updates – After the break, 2 days of tree planting are planned, both adding to existing plantings and a new planting area for grades 7 & 8 as a legacy area. – Photo day planned for April has been cancelled. – Pizza Day – Domino’s pizza reached out to gauge interest in a TEPS pizza ordering fundraiser day. Action Item: Next meeting discuss ideas around a memorial tree planting |
