Fundraiser Pick Up – Wednesday, March 23

Our School Council Fundraiser orders must be picked up tomorrow, that’s Wed. March 23 between 3 – 6 pm. If you are planning to come between 3 and 3:45, we’d ask that you not park in the school parking lot or in the bus loading area at the front of our school. Orders will be handed out through the small gym door at the parking lot at the west side of the school. We will have volunteers and signs indicating where you need to go. Meat and soup orders will be organized by homeroom –  please know your child’s grade and/or their teacher’s name so that our volunteers can get your order for you. When you arrive, please be prepared to wait outside while our volunteers gather your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated~
Now, looking at the forecast, if the buses are cancelled tomorrow, our pick up will also be cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday, March 24 from 3 – 6pm. Thank you so much for supporting your School Council.
