Exciting changes are coming as we get ready to welcome our newest students to our school.
Kindergarten registration for the 2018-2019 school year will take place from January 9 to 19, 2018, and will feature a new online pre-registration process.
All Kindergarten students (JK and SK) who are new to the Upper Grand District School Board must pre-register online at www.ugdsb.ca/kindergarten. Students entering SK next year
Attention all grade 7&8 parents. A poinsettia order form will be coming home tomorrow to help fundraise for the gr. 7&8 year end trip. This trip will be to Camp Brebeuf June 11-13 and will cost approximately $160.
All orders will need to be back at the school by Thursday, November 23 2017. Plant pick up date will be Tuesday, December 5th between 3:30 and 6

Today students took home order forms for our Fresh From the Farm Fundraiser. Students will be selling Ontario-grown fruit and vegetables to our local school community. Forty percent of all sales go directly to our Breakfast and Snack programs. The selling period is from September 13 to October 4, 2017. Families will get a delivery date one week prior to delivery sometime in November.

On Friday May 26th grade 7&8 students participated in the Wind Proof Wonder Challenge. Students were asked to create a vehicle that would travel the farthest distance by wind power. Students spent the bulk of the day designing and creating vehicles and then tested, and revised their design prior to the final attempt against their peers’ verhicles.
