About Us

Waverley Drive P.S. is home to a dynamic and diverse student population! We are a JK-8 school with over 500 students, over 40 teaching and support staff as well as our office and custodial staff. We are located in the North East end of the city and our school yard shares space with Waverley Park.

In addition to our regular track classes, Waverley Drive has 3 Full Day Kindergarten classes. We are home to the Grade 4-8 Gifted Program as well as a Junior and Intermediate Special Education class for students identified with a Mild Intellectual Disability.  GO LIONS!

     10:20 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. –  First Break
     12:40 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Second Break
     3:10 p.m. – Dismissal Bell
